Designer Properties Incorporated is a family owned company that got its start 30 years ago as a framing contractor based out of Lisle, IL. As D.P.I.’s Clientele list grew, so did the business and 30 years later Designer Properties Incorporated has built a reputation for personal customer care, quality craftsmanship and unique design elements.
D.P.I. has evolved into a well rounded Construction Company that can serve any of your Contracting needs. Our team has designed our business model to meet the needs of customers looking to create their dream home, remodel/addition, or commercial build out. Our projects have ranged in size and location throughout the Chicago land area. We will take pride in each and every one of our projects. So no matter the size, we will treat it as if it were our own. With over 30 years of proven success and scores of delighted customers, we strive each day to offer the services and support that any customer may need to design, build, enhance and improve their construction vision.
